Drop Tester

Package drop test is applied to test the anti-vibration & covering capability of packaging material and the level of product’s impact-resisting capability regarding packaged products.

Vibration Tester

The purpose of vibration testing is to make a series of controllable vibration simulation in lab, no matter generated by natural or man-made vibration environment; such as waves, tidal flaps, wind, earthquake, rain and so on. It is to test if the product is capable of sustaining the vibration environment exerted from transporting or usage along its effective life cycle; and certify the standard of design & functional requirement of product.

Wall-in Temperature and Humidity Chamber

The Temperature & Humidity Chamber, which is usually set as of constant temperature and constant humidity, is facilitated to test product reliability in quantity at the same time to save the testing time or used for ESS test with respects to temperature and humidity; Besides, it is able to support dynamic testing, which requires more space, and relevant testing for products with big size.

Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) Chamber

Environmental Stress Screening Chamber is designed to test the ultimate strength for the product by applying temperature acceleration, the process of cycling through two temperature extremes at relatively high rates of change, to change the environmental stress in order to create the inside thermal stress and strain for the product and induce the latent defects (potential component/ material defects, production defects and tooling defects) through the accelerating stress. It is to used to avoid the product failure under the environmental stress and dispensable loss, which helps to decrease the defective rate and after sales service.

Temperature and Humidity Chamber 1

Temperature and Humidity Chamber is used to test the product operability under the environment of high relative humidity and temperature cycle. It is to measure the limitation of temperature tolerance and the level of structural destruction induced by temperature and humidity.

Thermal Shock Tester

Programmable thermal shock tester, used to test the bearing extent of the material structures and composite material in an instant and continuous high temperature and extremely low temperature environment that is to test its thermal expansion and contraction caused by chemical change or physical harm within the shortest time. This test could be applied to materials, such as metal, plastic, rubber, electronics and so on, to improve their products with the testing result as reference.

Salt spray Chamber
