Ennoconn has always been devoted to the philosophy of using whatever you gain from society for the good of society. While striving for corporate growth, Ennoconn has consistently devoted efforts to giving back to the community, particularly in New Taipei City, where it is based. By collaborating with local resources and public welfare organizations, Ennoconn provides employment opportunities for disadvantaged groups. Additionally,Ennoconn established a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team in 2016, and has since organized and participated in various social welfare and environmental conservation activities, such as beach cleanups and community services, on an annual basis. Furthermore, Ennoconn actively promotes industry-academia collaboration by offering professional internship training opportunities to students from partner schools, helping them develop workplace skills and prepare for future careers in the high-tech industry.
In 2024, Ennoconn Technology donated supplies, fruits, and books to local social welfare organizations and community residents in New Taipei City, supporting disadvantaged groups and promoting sustainability. The company emphasized the continuation of the function of old shoes and the transmission of the “Unregretful Forest” and environmental conservation concepts to community families. Ennoconn integrated resources and signed the “School Enterprise Strategic Alliance Cooperation Plan” with Yang Ming Chiao Tung University and St. John’s University of Science and Technology, which is of great significance. Ennoconn provided teachers and students of the two universities with NT$10 million to jointly establish it. The National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University’s school-level research center “Ennoconn- Yang Ming Chiao Tung University ESG Net-Zero Transformation Innovation Research Center”.
Participate in the industry-university program of the National Science Council to implement the concept that enrollment means employment and graduation means entrepreneurship. It also promotes internship cooperative teaching and practical internship training exchanges that jointly promote subsequent academic research and industry practical operations, with a view to shortening the learning-application gap.
